Memorial Bench order form
Please complete the order form below for your Memorial Bench. Each bench is $3,000.00. We have many benches throughout our historic downtown area. Please click HERE for the map of the existing bench locations.
You can choose the location of your bench and inscription. If you need help with finding a location or coming up with an inscription, please indicate in the below form. We would be happy to help.
If you would like to purchase a bench outside of the historic downtown district, please contact the City of Fernandina Beach.

Make a memory by purchasing a Memorial Bench in the historic district of downtown Fernandina Beach. These benches can memorialize a person, event, or simply read, "A Gift From_____”.
