The Fernandina Beach Market Place farmers market presents over 40 booths of artisan foods, freshly baked breads, seasonal produce, and more. Come to shop or come to socialize, the market features live, local entertainment, a Booth With a Cause, and an abundance of smiling faces.

Artrageous Art Walk
Second Saturday of every month
5:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Historic Downtown Fernandina Beach

On the 2nd Saturday of each month, participating art galleries host free art events. Residents and tourists alike can enjoy the various types of art that each gallery has to offer as well as meet the artist. Photography, pottery, copper, metal, fused, as well as stained glass, watercolors, acrylics, oils and batik are just a few of the varied media you can expect to see.

This sister to the farmers market is an arts and crafts market open on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of every month. Look for the market to be open every Saturday in December.

Writers by the Sea Presents… Enthuse your Readers with your Story

Writers by the Sea Presents G. W. “Bill” Reynolds discussing ways he enthuses his readers with his stories. A local legend among Nassau County writers, Bill is a prolific author and cooperative publisher. In his presentation, Reynolds will discuss some of the ways he’s learned to involve his readers in his stories. This is part of a short version of a program he calls “Leaving Something Behind.” Bill highlights his presentations with first-hand knowledge of some recent changes to the publishing industry.

Friends of the Library Presents an Overview of Services for Families in Crisis

Representatives from Barnabas Center, Micah’s Place, The Salvation Army Hope House, and Families in Transition will offer a round-table discussion about the services each organization provides to families in crisis.

Long running community event that focuses around chili tasting from local competitors. The event will have music, kids’ zone, vendors and chili booths.
